Lane County Fairgrounds will be providing the fire Extinguishers.

RVs must check in at the Fairgrounds Main Office to obtain a parking permit. No hook-ups or dumping are available on the Fairgrounds.
Show Requirements
All arts & crafts vendors with an open booth display are required to carpet their booth (Gourmet Food vendors are exempt).

Holiday Food & Gift Festival produces shows in in Oregon, Colorado & SW Washington Only.
10' x 10' In-line booths- $400
10' x 10' Corner booths- Add $50
Each booth is furnished with green & white back and green side drapes, and an identification sign.
Payment Schedule
Full payment for Exhibit Space must be received by July 15, 2008.
Applications made after July 15 must include full payment for Exhibit Space.
Power
One outlet/ 500 watts is included with booth.
